   4) Order Fulfillment: Large stocking inventory levels and a network of manufacturers and partner distributors offer one of highest order fulfillment rate in the industry. Quality packing materials and equipment ensures maximum protection of products during transit. Shipping boxes are specially sealed as a deterrent against package tampering. Return Policy

1) 100% Refund of Product Price and Shipping:  Within 15 days if Package is NOT as represented by GetFeetWet or Manufacturer.

2) 100% Refund of Product Price: Within 15 days if  package is returned UNOPENED due to client circumstances or change of heart.

3) Product Replacement of Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) or defective products within 15 days from receipt. Client may also opt to pursue factory warranty as an alternative. Client pays shipping cost  to return package to GetFeetWet or manufacturer.  GetFeetWet or manufacturer pays shipping to ship the replacement product to client. 4) 15% Restocking Fee to be charged against the selling price of the returned product AT THE TIME OF RETURN which has to be within 90 days from date of  purchase. [See Product Exchange Program for extended period). Refund may be adjusted to account for missing accessories or product condition.

5) In all cases, no products can be exchange or returned after the factory warranty period has expired. [see RepairTech Extended Warranty Options
